Thank you for visiting my blog. Do you need some motivation? You have come to the right page.

It is my pleasure to virtually meet you and I am honoured that you felt compelled to engage with my blog. 

I am Jennel Williams-Thomas - Lecturer, Mentor, Counsellor and aspiring Psychologist. 

As a friend and Lecturer, I have seen first-hand how detrimental discouragement and hopelessness can be towards living a fulfilling life. 

You deserve a happy and successful life: you should not feel undervalued or worthless regardless of the challenges you may face or the obstacles in your way. 

I am a testimony of how a bit of motivation can go a long way in rising above the storms of life.

I have battled with childhood disappointments, relationship drama, academic challenges, job challenges, betrayal, deception, isolation, depression, health, pregnancy, migrating and the most painful - the death of my mom.  So, I am not talking about things I have not experienced. Not everyone has someone to call or meet up and talk about their problems, and maybe you spoke to someone who cannot even understand your situation or help you heal. I assure you that I am committed to providing motivation through my blog to you when you feel as though no one understands your challenges. 

Best of all, I am a Christian and my desire to build people is rooted in Jesus Christ's love for humanity and tireless work to ensure that all enjoy life to the fullest.
